I’m running a small repair shop with three employees and I want everything-from clock-in to invoicing and payroll-to live in one clear Excel workbook. Here’s the flow I need: • One sheet where each employee simply logs date, start time, end time, and the job reference—nothing more detailed than that. Need hourly total per day • A second sheet that pulls those entries together and lets me select a job to instantly generate an invoice showing total hours worked as well as any parts costs I enter manually. • A third sheet that copies the approved hours into a payroll table, calculates gross pay, standard tax deductions, and shows net pay per employee. Formulas and, if helpful, light VBA or Power Query are fine so long as everything stays inside Excel and is easy for me to edit later.
