I will supply all raw data tables; you will turn them into concise insights, visuals, and KPIs that underpin each recommendation. Deliverables 1. A written report (approx. 3,000–3,500 words) that links each recommendation to audit findings and measurable performance indicators. 2. Supporting tables or graphics (Excel or PowerPoint) that highlight key player metrics and injury trends. 3. An executive summary (one page) that the board can circulate internally. Acceptance criteria: every recommendation must be actionable within one season, reference the provided data, and indicate a responsible department (coaching, performance, medical).
