I have a 50-page PDF packed with contact details that must be transcribed into a spotless Excel workbook. The finished file should contain three columns—Name, Phone Number, and Email—and the rows must remain in the same chronological sequence they appear in the document so the sheet reflects the original date of entry order. Accuracy is the top priority. As you type, please verify every name, phone number, and email address to catch typos or formatting issues before saving. If any item is unreadable or missing, leave the cell blank and add a brief note in a “Remarks” column so I can follow up later. Acceptance criteria • Every contact from all 50 pages is captured exactly once. • Columns are limited to Name, Phone Number, Email (plus “Remarks” only when clarification is needed). • Row order mirrors the PDF’s date of entry order. • All entries are proof-checked for correct spelling, phone number format, and valid email syntax. • Final deliverable is a clean .xlsx file that opens without errors.
