I’m building a detailed spreadsheet of residential projects in South and East Bangalore and need reliable, on-the-ground help. The scope covers apartment complexes, gated communities, and villa or row-house enclaves. For every project, I must have: • Official name and full postal address • Locality/area and year of hand-over (OC date, if possible) • Number of flats or houses in the development • Current or last-known cost per unit • Total land area in sq ft or acres A notes column for builder name or amenities is welcome but optional. Please limit your research strictly to South and East Bangalore; anything north or west is out of scope. You can use builder and RERA websites, real-estate portals, marketing brochures, newspaper ads, phone calls, or quick site visits—whatever is most efficient—as long as the figures are accurate. I’ll spot-check a sample against RERA/BBMP records, so consistency matters. Deliverable: a clean Excel or Google Sheet, one row per project, clearly labeled columns, with source links in the final column. A minimum of 150 distinct projects, no duplicates, at least 95 % of mandatory fields populated. Let me know the volume you can realistically cover and the timeframe you’ll need.
