I need reliable, on-the-ground support in Baghdad to run employment history verification on job applicants before we issue an offer. The scope is limited to Employment history verification only; criminal or education checks are not part of this engagement for now. For each candidate I will forward a signed consent form and whatever employer details the applicant has provided. Your task is to: • Reach out to the stated employer(s) directly—phone, email, or a brief site visit if required. • Confirm the candidate actually worked there, the position held and the start-to-end dates. • Note any additional information the employer volunteers about performance or eligibility for re-hire. • Compile a short, clear report in English (PDF or Word) and return any supporting evidence such as email confirmations or stamped letters. Turnaround is typically three business days from receiving the file, though I can agree on a different timeline case-by-case. Fluency in Arabic and good written English are essential so nothing is lost in translation. All data you gather must remain confidential and comply with local Iraqi labour and privacy regulations.
