Hours: 40 hours a week Candidate will be given a thorough internal spreadsheet list of items that need to be syndicated across the following channels: - Ebay - Amazon US - Amazon Canada - Magento - Rakuten - Newegg - Sears - BestBuy Internal spreadsheet contains all pertinent information needed for listing including internal name, SKU, pricing, shipping weights, etc. Candidate will also be provided with ‘Import Template’ for every channel listed above. Candidate must have the following qualifications: - Perfect English spelling and grammar. - Very close attention to detail. - Accurate and experienced data entry skills. - Expert in working with Microsoft Excel data entry and formulas. - Excel errors will not be tolerated. - Ability to optimize Ebay title with our methods to be reviewed with you. - Thorough understanding of optimized searching for products on all channels. - Understanding and ability of assigning accurate keywords to products. - Understanding profitability and ability to adjust pricing of product per channel. Cost of products and shipping will be provided. - Experience with Terrapeak, Sixbit, FinaleInventory, and Feedvisor a plus. Introduction tutorial session will be scheduled with hired candidate and our team to thoroughly review each import template and answer any questions you may have. 30-40 hours per week, ongoing work. May require additional listing clerks as time goes on. Looking to work with a team that can support our company’s scaling growth. Needs to be available during US business hours.
