Looking for a US-based individual to handle customer service, order processing, and product data entry for our online retail business. Must be reliable and able to learn the process quickly. Friendly personality and ability to communicate well is a must. This is a long term position so we'd like candidates to apply who are looking for the same. We prefer an experienced customer service rep that has worked with customers and knows how to communicate and resolve issues that may arise in various scenarios. Email and phone etiquette is extremely important in order to provide the very best customer service possible. For best results candidate should have fast internet and a desktop with a larger monitor. Dual monitors is best for this position. A quiet workplace is must for handling customer service phone calls. Duration: Long Term Preferred budget is $10-14/hr. Hours: 9-5 PST Mon-Fri Technology we use, familiarity with these is a plus: Magento, Slack, Freshdesk, Klaviyo Job Responsibilities Include: • Provide excellent customer service • Phone and e-mail based customer support - softphone software provided • Respond to customer questions and concerns. • Process new orders and update shipping information • Track order fulfillment and resolve outstanding issues • Enter new and update existing product information • Coordinate with returns department to ensure prompt processing of returned items • Various data entry tasks

While I do have little customer service experience, I do have a lot of technological experience, including Excel. I will have to take an hour or so to get used to the aforementioned programs, but I am a very quick learner. I also put my hourly limit to 20 hours, as I am going to be attending school early September. Right now, I am on summer break and can work many more hours, but when September comes, I will have to slow down.

Hi There, I'm Vince, I'd like to talk to you real quick about being your super VA. As far as qualifications go though, even being fairly new in this platform I've been freelancing for more than a year, however I know I'd be a great addition to your team cause of the fact that I've been in the BPO industry for more than a decade now, and having that much experience with a number roles and accounts, I've mastered numerous skills that I believe are top requirements for being a rockin' virtual assistant. My skills include being able to multitask like no other, pretty excellent command of the English language, being an awesome team player --also having been promoted a number of times to support roles, my admin tasks handling skills are beyond average from google sheets all the way down to microsoft office.
