We are a Technical Recruiting firm based in Texas. We have sales reps (SR's) and Recruiters (REC) that are paid commission based on the jobs they fill with qualified consultants. The commission is based on the amount of hours their consultant works and the margin (spread) of that person. Spread = the money made each hour after burden (ie. straight profit).
Example: Recruiter1 has placed 5 consultants and their bill rate is $50/hr each. Each consultant worked 160 hours in a month. We would like to pay Rectruiter1 50% of the profit on each consultant after the spread. The spread can be different for each consultant based on their location and the cost incurred to place him in a project. We also need report that calculates the spreads. I also would like Grantt charts that shows how much each Recruiter is making per month etc on each consultant. Additionally, below is what I would like the report to handle.
Automatically calculate percentages and hourly profitability on each consultant – even for unbilled hours taking into account commissions and overheads.
Automatically calculate commission's payable – for all sales and recruitment staff with flexible configuration options.
Automatic calculation of bills and payments – Bills and Vendor payables can be calculated automatically.
We are looking for a custom built tool or Excel reports that allows us to populate recruiters and sales reps, company and consultants, and input spread and hours and have a system calculate commission. We also need a spread sheet that would calculate the spread
We would also like to be able to run reports if possible, such as company spread, individual recruiter spread for hour, week, month, year, etc.
I can give much more specifics and details, but this is the gist of it. We just need a excel specialist that can that can understand our business requirements and put them into a workable program.
