Thank you for considering my proposal. I do understand that we need to do customer service and data entry.
I do have a lot of experience working in MNCs like HSBC, Amazon etc where we used to research a lot on customer issues and provide them with the required data from Internet, send them emails then save the customer information in excel sheets in chronological order so that we could retrieve data when required.
I have proficiency in MSword, Excel, Powerpoint, Data entry and Customer service over emails and chat. Worked with customers from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East and Asia.
I have a lot of experience working with teams and I enjoy working with different people. I can be approached any time during the day and I am open to learning new things.
I am very excited to work on this project, should I start it now.
