Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Data Entry Clerk to manage a team of Development Officers. You will be responsible for the delivery of a programme of development schemes as well as identifying, appraising, securing and developing new projects. The role: Managing the on-site delivery of Infinite Improvement LLC programme. Leading a team of Development Officers to ensure the effective delivery of new homes targets. Providing effective leadership, direction and development of the Development Officers. To encourage a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, customer focused service and ability to deliver the results in a changing environment. Effectively planning and monitoring budgets, ensuring a value for money approach. Establishing and maintaining systems that enable relevant data to be recorded and monitored by stakeholders The ideal candidate: Demonstrable sector knowledge through educational qualifications or equivalent experience. Knowledge of affordable housing including; planning process, Homes England practices, housing policies, and basic construction. Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presenting, as well as strong report writing skills. Excellent problem solving skills with an ability to create efficiencies and create solutions. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Experience in supporting and driving change.
