My job basically entailed dealing with clients' (passengers') complaints and/or compliments via email and phone. I also used to keep staff records up to date. I am also a fast and eager learner. I am willing to participate in any extra training needed to upgrade the quality of my services, So with that experience, I believe that I will add value to your business.
I am available full time, Monday to Friday for 8 hour a day. Extra hours can be arranged. I wouldn't mind the extra hours. I am ready to start now, you just let me know.
