Deliverables • One spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that includes for each lead: – Company name, city/state, website, phone number (direct not toll), and direct decision-makers's email – Core production strengths (e.g., SMT lines, plastics, final assembly, testing) – Key certifications or compliance notes (ISO 9001, IPC, UL, etc.) – Typical minimum order quantities or annual volume sweet spots – A brief note on notable products or clients that shows consumer-electronics experience • A short summary highlighting the top three candidates and why they stand out Accuracy matters more than volume, so focus on up-to-date, verifiable information.
