I am looking for a Ecommerce merchandiser who can help with categorization and product research and update. We have built our own excel style program that you can enter data in. You will need to install this locally on your computer to do this work. You will then be able to edit "live" data on the fly. Duties will include: Product description update - short unique description of product CORRECT Product placement in category Mapping specification to products for filtering Mapping upsells and cross sells for the products Candidate should have basic knowledge of excel, a high wpm typing speed, internet research knowledge. Its preferred candidate has some knowledge (or is fast learner) of products we sell to ensure product mapping and categorization is done correctly. I will however also entertain resumes for anyone with higher level of expertise and experience. Specifically in SEO, Google Analytics, Mail Chip, and internet marketing. If you fit this category, please tell me a little about yourself, send your resume with a reference. You MUST be available on Skype, Viber, or Whatsapp basically some sort of IM system. You MUST be available to work during my business hours of 10am -8pm PST You MUST speak English fluently Its preferred you have some basic knowledge of products on this website dev.gorillasurplus.com. This is not a entry level dataentry job nor does it require a experienced content creator. I need someone who can follow instructions and is willing to learn. A phone interview will be conducted and the position may lead to a full time position if that is what your looking for. Computer Requirements: Windows 7 or higher - You need to install our app only on windows Direct Internet LAN connection required, Wifi will be too slow as you will need to VPN into our network and download alot of data.
