Front Desk Administrative Assistant/word excel

looking to hire a part time front desk administrative assistant for our busy clinic, located in SW Portland. We offer Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. It is the perfect balance of a fast paced clinic while maintaining a serene, relaxed environment.
Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
- Answering the phones
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying Insurance
- Explaining insurance benefits to patients
- Filing
- Misc office tasks
We are looking for someone who has a friendly and out-going personality, is dependable and reliable, able to multitask, efficient, detail oriented and most importantly, a team player. Experience in with insurance and working medical office is a huge plus.
You, the candidate, should be willing to work a couple of days during the week and most likely some Saturdays, totaling approximately 20-25 hrs a week. Compensation would be $16-$18, depending on experience. Benefits for part time employees include chiropractic treatment and discounts on products.
