Lead sourcing and data entry

ESL Suite is the leading HR management and recruitment firm in China, focused on the international education sector. We have 27 employees in our growing Tianjin office, plus two in Beijing, one in Shanghai, and an IT/technical team in Canada. The main scope of this job is lead resourcing and data entry. Sourcing is a key function in our recruiting department, so the person in this role has a great deal of responsibility. The specifications for candidate selection will b.e included in a brief training and periodic follow-ups. The successful resourcer will be able to: *Read for specific information - skimming and scanning resumes for key candidate qualifications *Quickly identify relevant information to determine candidate fit *Accurately collate and organize information into an Excel database.
