I need a database expert

I'm a retired computer software engineer. Developed real time access systems for the textile industry using Burroughs Cobol language in the seventies. Also resort area property management software in the nineties which I sold in 38 states. Now I have a website which is 80% complete. I used Microsoft Expression Web 4 to build it. I need someone to finish the database section which will accept information from users using a form. The data will be stored in a real time database and be used to perform searches at different times. Must be able to add, delete, change and list the data real time. I need someone to write the code for this database update routine. If I am satisfied with results from this initial task, I will pursue additional programs.
