- Many years of previous experience on handling assistant and administrative responsibilities; experienced in secretarial work.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars.
- Discretion and trustworthiness: as I’m often a party of confidential information.
- Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools.
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software I required.
