Votre mission sera de m’aider à : • Construire une liste de contacts qualifiés (décideurs, ONG, cabinets de conseil, agences de développement, etc.) susceptibles d’avoir besoin de mes services depuis Lomé et à l’international. • Établir une méthodologie claire pour collecter ces adresses : sources fiables, segmentation, outils de capture et conformité RGPD. • Proposer un premier plan d’action pour engager ces prospects par e-mail : cadence d’envoi, positionnement d’expert, ton et valeur ajoutée. Livrables attendus : 1. Fichier de contacts (Excel/CSV) avec champs complets et segmentation. 2. Guide étape par étape décrivant les sources utilisées et le workflow de collecte. 3. Calendrier de campagne et recommandations pour les trois premiers e-mails d’approche. Je privilégie une approche pragmatique, facilement réplicable et adaptée à mon contexte africain.
