Telegram Channel Users extraction

I need a programmer to write me a script that extracts members from a Telegram Channel and group, and then add the extracted members to my channel. You have to consider the following: - I don't have any admin privilege for the Channel that the tool will extract members from. - You will make sure that the script works fine using a sample check from a channel to my channel. - You will be walking me step by step on how to use the script you developed. - If your script works flawlessly you will be given complete authority to work with us on developing the same scripts for Facebook and Instagram. - The price might go 50% more if your script/tool works perfectly for extraction and adding members to a channel within a short period of time without getting an overflow alert or any other errors from telegram.
