Automated counting of special words in texts

We are running a small project that involves analyzing publicly available websites and extracting information from them. For each website text (which we will provide) we need to automatically count of the number of words related to our topic, making sure not to count words that appear to be related but are not. The task will involve working with German-language content and producing a clean, well-documented technical solution and dataset.
