Attached is a sample file which needs to be processed.
It should be loaded and parsed by the software to be able to manipulate the data. The only interesting columns are "Mid X", "Mid Y", "Layer", and "Rotation".
The program should process T and B layer data separately:
1) If T and B layers are present, the output should be [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
2) If only T layer is present, the output should be outname_top.csv.
3) It's not possible to have only B layer.
The processing should be as follows:
0) Read and parse csv data. Attached file is direct example of data used.
1) Rotate transform Mid X and Mid Y data based on [angle] - this is one of inputs to the program. Normally the angle is -90 or 90 degrees (rotate counter or clockwise). Bonus for implementing arbitrary angles cleanly.
2) Apply [offset] to resulting X and Y data. This offset (both X and Y) is also input to the program.
3) Adjust the "Rotation" column to be of (src_angle + rotation_angle) % 360.
4) Output to outname_[top/bottom/].csv.
Example of transformation for FID2 (1st csv item):
inputs:
xoffset = 57mm
yoffset = 0mm
rotation_angle = -90
output steps:
input data: 55mm, 44mm, 90 [x, y, rotation]
rotate data: -55, 44, 0 [x, y, rotation]
transform data: 2mm, 44mm, 0 [x, y, rotation]
output line result:
FID2,Fiducial_1mm,2mm,44mm,T,0,Fiducial
Note, that you can remove Ref X, Ref Y, Pad X, Pad Y columns from output. They do not need to be transformed or changed.
The app should be written in C#, using .NET 2.0 or newer (standard C#, no external weird libraries/dependencies).
Ideally I just want a dialog box where I browse for CSV (or dragdrop it), 3 input boxes for xoffset, yoffset, rotate angle, and a button to output. For output, take the basename of input file (example pick [login to view URL], basename = "pick report"), and append _top or _btm based on the rules explained above, and output, for example for pick [login to view URL] with both T and B data, the application should output pick [login to view URL] and pick report_btm.csv. If only T layer is present, result should be in pick report_top.csv.
I'm available for chat at any time for clarification.
Hi, I think I understand what you need. Its a mathematical calculation which I learned at my 12th math class. But I forgot the formula. It would be much more helpful for me if you can send me the formula too. Thanks.
