Virtual Assistant for Personal Job Search Support (Long-Term Remote Role)

I am seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support for my personal job search. This is a long-term remote position for someone who is highly organized, responsive, comfortable working extensively on a computer, and capable of using AI tools effectively. - Scope of Work • I will provide a daily list of company job links (the first 3 days of links will be provided upfront). • You will open the links, review the job application requirements, and manage all information in a dedicated Job Management Application. • You will use AI tools such as ChatGPT and DeepSeek to generate resume and application content automatically. • You are not required to create resumes manually. However, you must carefully review, verify, and refine AI-generated content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the job requirements. • You will prepare application drafts by pre-filling information that I provide, including resume details, work history, and standard answers. • You will identify and flag any questions, special requirements, or technical issues that require my direct attention. • You will not submit applications or act on my behalf. Your responsibility is to prepare drafts for my final review and submission. • All application forms must be completed manually. The use of browser extensions, auto-fill tools, scripts, or automated application submission tools is strictly prohibited. - Working Requirements • Available to work 6–8 hours per day during agreed working hours. • This position requires dedicated focus and is not suitable for individuals actively handling other freelance projects during their assigned work hours. • Must respond to messages within 10–30 minutes during working hours. • Proficient with Windows applications and general computer operations. • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and document preparation. • Good written English communication skills. • Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and DeepSeek. • Strong comprehension and analytical skills, with the ability to understand, evaluate, fact-check, and refine AI-generated outputs. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully. • Stable internet connection and a dependable work environment. Payment Terms This project can be structured as either a Fixed Price Milestone Project or an Hourly Contract to ensure secure, platform-protected payment. Payment will be processed weekly upon completion of the agreed batch of work.
