I need a fully dynamic and professional Excel KPI Gauge Chart (Half Donut Style) for executive dashboards. The chart should be designed as a semi-circle donut gauge and must support dynamic updates based on linked Excel cells. Requirements: 1. Main Gauge Design - Use a Half Donut Chart (Semi-circle). - The upper half only should be visible. - The lower half must be hidden. - The gauge should represent progress from Baseline to Final Target. 2.
