Which Oracle versions and Windows setup are you targeting, and do you need this tested against a clean install, an existing QA machine, or both? For a database management product, I'd treat the environment as part of the QA output, because performance numbers without repeatable machine, Oracle, schema, data volume, and workload notes are hard to trust later. I'd run this as a structured Windows QA pass, covering functional checks, SQL workload behaviour, resource usage, scalability notes, and defect evidence with screenshots/logs/steps where relevant. The report would separate product defects from environment limits, then rank issues by impact so you can decide what needs fixing before release. M1: confirm product scope, supported Oracle versions, test matrix, Windows/Oracle setup notes, ₹10,519, 1 day. M2: functional verification plus defect capture across the agreed flows, ₹10,678, 1 day. M3: performance/resource checks, scalability observations, final test plan and report, ₹10,678, 1 day. The 3 day estimate assumes you provide installer/build access, expected behaviour notes, and either a ready Windows Oracle environment or enough details for me to set one up.
