I’ve implemented multiple Oracle E-Business Suite R12 lockboxes where bank-delivered Excel files are converted, validated, imported, and posted without manual intervention, including Excel-based feeds using SQL*Loader and controlled staging logic. I will configure the full AutoLockbox chain in Receivables: receipt classes and methods, transmission formats aligned precisely to AR interface requirements, import and validation programs, post-processing rules, and auto-reconciliation. The Excel input will be mapped deterministically to Oracle’s expected layout, with validations designed to fail loudly and transparently so rejected records surface exactly as expected on the AutoLockbox Execution Report. I’m particularly attentive to concurrent program behavior and data volume considerations, ensuring Import, Validation, and Post QuickCash complete cleanly and predictably.
