Project Title: Development of a Desktop Audit Application with Online Access (Based on Existing Excel Lead File) Project Overview: We are an accounting and audit firm currently using an Excel-based lead file as a core working tool for audit assignments. As part of our internal development strategy, we want to transform this Excel file into a structured, professional desktop application with secure online access. Objective: Build a robust application that allows audit team members to perform lead work digitally, with workflow management, hierarchical validation, and centralized data control. Scope of Work: 1. Core Transformation * Convert the existing Excel file into a functional application while preserving all logic, structure, and calculations. * Ensure high data integrity and consistency with the current file. 2. Application Type * Desktop application (Windows priority). * Must include online/cloud access for synchronization and remote work. 3. User Roles & Access Levels * Collaborators (Audit staff): data entry, working papers completion. * Seniors / Chefs de mission: review and first-level validation. * Managers: final validation and approval. * Admin: full control (user management, settings, access rights). 4.
