Custom Software for Replicating Printed Reports

I need a custom software application based on a sample image/template that I will provide. The goal is to create a program that can reproduce a report/ticket in a 1:1 exact format, identical to the original example I send. After editing the required values, the final generated report that will be printed must remain exactly the same as the original report provided by me, with only the selected values changed. The output must match the original layout precisely, including spacing, alignment, font style, proportions, structure, and overall visual appearance, so that the printed result looks exactly the same as the reference image. Project Requirements: 1. Template-Based Editing * I will provide an image of the original report/ticket. * The software must use this as the fixed template/layout. * Only a few specific values/fields inside the report need to be editable (for example: date, time, numbers, measurements, text values, etc.). * After editing these values, everything else must remain visually identical to the original design. * The final report must look exactly like the original sample provided by me, not a redesigned or recreated version. 2. Predefined Default Values * The program must include input fields for: * Date and time * 8 editable values (numbers/measurements) * All these values must be prefilled with default predefined values that I will provide. * “Predefined” means that when I open the program, ALL values must already be written exactly as I specify, so I can quickly edit only what is necessary instead of typing everything manually. * Example: If one field usually needs to be “1 ± 0.03”, the software should automatically preload the value I specify (for example: 1.003 or the exact format I provide). * I will provide all default values for every editable field. * The goal is to save time and allow very fast report generation. 3. Exact Thermal Printer Output * The final output must be printed on a 58mm thermal printer. * Printing must be true 1:1 scale with no resizing, distortion, or formatting differences. * After editing the values, the printed report must still be an exact match to the original sample. * The software must be able to connect and print directly to my thermal printer. 4. Save Function The program must include a Save button that allows exporting the generated report in one of the following formats: * PDF or * PNG / JPEG image format The saved file must preserve the exact same layout, dimensions, and appearance as both the original sample and the printed version. 5. Print Function * The software must include a Print button for direct printing. * It should support proper configuration and connection with my thermal printer. * The printed output must be identical to the original report template provided by me. 6. User-Friendly Interface * Simple and clean interface * Easy editing of the required fields only * Fast generation of the final report * Reliable output without formatting errors Important: Precision is extremely important for this project. I do not need something similar—I need an exact 1:1 visual copy of the original sample. After changing the editable values, the final generated and printed report must still be identical to the original provided by me in formatting, proportions, spacing, and overall appearance, especially for 58mm thermal paper printing. Also, speed is very important. Since this report may be generated frequently, the predefined values must already be loaded when opening the program so that editing takes only a few seconds.
