I'm looking for an experienced L2 Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support in my organization. Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot and repair hardware: This includes regular installations and upgrades. * Resolve networking issues: You'll need to diagnose and fix network-related problems. * Software installation and upgrades: Although no specific applications were mentioned, be prepared to handle a range of software-related tasks. Operating Systems: * The primary operating system used in my organization is Windows - you should be proficient in this system. Skills and Experience: * Proven experience as an L2 Support Engineer is essential * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems * Familiarity with hardware installation and repair, software upgrades, and network troubleshooting is a requirement * Experience with printer maintenance and repairing is a plus.
