I’m looking to hand over day-to-day endpoint management so I can focus on the larger infrastructure roadmap. You’ll step in as the go-to engineer for both Windows and macOS fleets, handling everything from initial build to deep-dive troubleshooting. Here’s what the role covers: • Install, configure, and keep current all desktop, laptop, and printer hardware. • Deploy, upgrade, and patch operating systems and line-of-business apps. • Own user lifecycle tasks—accounts, permissions, and Group Policies—across on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD. • Tackle complex incidents at Level 2 and Level 3, whether they’re hardware failures, software crashes, network oddities, or peripheral glitches. • Maintain gold images and automate device rollouts with whichever tool you favor—SCCM, Intune, or MDT all fit neatly into our stack. • Apply security baselines, antivirus, and other endpoint-protection measures, then monitor compliance and performance. • Document every build, config, and fix so the next person can jump in without guesswork. • Collaborate smoothly with network, server, and security teams when projects overlap. Deliverables I’ll sign off on: 1. A fully patched, compliant desktop image for each platform. 2. Written procedures for imaging, deployment, and common break/fix scenarios. 3. Up-to-date Group Policies and Azure AD settings pushed and verified. 4. Security and compliance reports showing zero high-severity findings. 5.
