We are looking for an experienced onsite IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer for short-term onsite engagement at our client location in Andheri East, Mumbai. The assignment involves preventive maintenance and basic IT infrastructure support as part of an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The engineer will be responsible for: Desktop & Laptop Support - Basic hardware checks - OS & system performance checks - Common troubleshooting (startup, network, printer, basic software) Networking (L1 Support) - LAN connectivity checks - Patch cord / port verification - Basic IP & network troubleshooting IT Infrastructure (Basic Checks) - CCTV system visual inspection - Access control & attendance device checks - VC / display system basic functionality check - Printers & EPABX basic troubleshooting Preventive Maintenance - Perform checks as per provided checklist - Identify any visible risks or issues - Report findings clearly Reporting - Submit a brief visit report after each visit - Share observations, issues (if any), and recommendations Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of experience as IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer - Hands-on experience in onsite IT support - Basic understanding of networking - Comfortable working independently at client site - Good communication and reporting skills - Professional and disciplined approach Deliverables - Successful completion of two onsite visits - Visit report after each visit - Clear escalation of any issues outside scope
