online marketing to grow sales for an Ecommerce business

Hi We are hiring an ecommerce online marketing expert to help us generate more online sales. Our brand has been around a while but now looking to sell direct to market via the website. We have been working on some low level SEO and even though it ranks we want a consistent sales growth so we can invest more to get more sales. The brand is a high performance kitchen appliance (blender). We know the market is very competitive with many brands saying the same thing. Our blender is high performance, built for Cafes / Restaurants and those home users serious about blending. We need to start small in budget so it needs to be very focused. We are in the process of getting a video done up for our blender and will look to use this for marketing and on our website. We need to get CPA below $50 and we'd like to start with a goal of 10 sales per month and scaling this up to 100. We need to know what experience you have in paid marketing for ecommerce NOT lead gen campaigns. We only care about ecommerce, and what recommendations you could have on us with our goals. This is a long person position for the right candidate.
