Job Title Performance Marketing Partner (Commission-Only) – Online Professional Courses Job Description We are an established EdTech training provider offering live, instructor-led professional certificate programs for graduates, working professionals, and career switchers. We are looking for an experienced performance marketer or growth partner who can drive paid course enrollments through digital marketing on a pure commission basis. This is not a salaried role and not a retainer-based engagement. This opportunity is strictly for marketers who are confident in generating real conversions and paid admissions. Courses to Be Promoted The selected freelancer will promote one or more of the following high-value professional programs: Professional Certificate in Clinical SAS Duration: 6 Months Course Fee: Rs. 60,000 Business Analytics Program Duration: 6 Months Course Fee: Rs. 60,000 Data Science Program Duration: 11 Months Course Fee: Rs. 1,00,000 Final pricing may vary based on marketing channel and promotional strategy. Scope of Work Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, funnels, or other suitable methods Drive qualified traffic and confirmed paid enrollments Manage campaigns end-to-end including targeting, creatives, landing flow, and optimization Track conversions using UTM links, coupon codes, or mutually agreed tracking methods Share basic weekly performance updates such as traffic and conversions Compensation Structure Commission: 30% per verified paid enrollment Commission will be calculated on the final course fee received Payment will be released only after student payment is confirmed No fixed fees, no monthly retainer No advance payments This is a pure performance-based engagement Advertising and Marketing Expenses All marketing and advertising expenses, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, tools, software, creatives, and campaign-related costs, shall be entirely borne by the freelancer. The course provider will not reimburse or share any marketing or advertising expenses under any circumstances. Commission will be paid only on verified and successful paid enrollments.
