I need LocalStack running on my Windows machine with the S3 service fully operational so I can develop offline and later point my code to real AWS. I already have admin rights on the PC but LocalStack is not yet installed. Scope • Install or verify Docker Desktop and ensure it starts cleanly every time Windows boots. • Pull the latest LocalStack image, configure it to expose the S3 endpoint, and set up a simple docker-compose or PowerShell script so I can start and stop the stack with one command. • Configure the AWS CLI on my machine to talk to LocalStack (e.g., endpoint-url override, local credentials). • Demonstrate the setup by creating a test S3 bucket, uploading a sample file, and listing the contents to prove everything works. Acceptance The job is complete when I can open a fresh terminal, run the provided start command, and interact with the local S3 bucket using standard AWS CLI commands without errors. Feel free to suggest best practices for folder structure, environment variables, or any quality-of-life tweaks that make the workflow smoother.
