El desarrollo se realizaría primero en entorno Contabo (2 VPS) y la entrega final operativa en OVH Cloud (2 VPS), asegurando una migración limpia y documentada. Antes de definir coste y calendario cerrados, es necesario revisar en detalle el alcance funcional definitivo, la maqueta final y las fases de implementación previstas, especialmente en lo relativo a enrolamiento, almacenamiento externo y paneles administrativos.
