I'm looking for a MYOB specialist to support a small Not For Profit in the heart of Melbourne CBD with a MYOB Cleanup Project. The key outcomes are: 1. Checking all Customers and Suppliers to confirm ABN registration numbers and confirm GST status 2. Rationalising all Customers and Suppliers for potential duplications 3. Perform a match of Account Code and Job number 4. Archive old transactions in MYOB that do not have a delete option eg old Customers and Suppliers, CoA codes not in use (this is likely to be Inactivation status) 5. Check all security settings in MYOB This is an onsite project opportunity; however we can be flexible with timeframes and days/hours of work.
