Submitting the documents to the relevant authority/personnel such as HR, Administration, Exam Department, HOD, Receptionist, Owner, or Manager. 4. Requesting the verifier to complete the verification form or, in case of refusal, obtaining verification on the institution’s official letterhead according to their policy. 5. Recording the verifier’s details and collecting their business card whenever possible. 6. Completing and submitting the site visit form accurately. 7. Obtaining written or recorded refusal statements whenever verification was declined.
