Convert HDP Plans to Blueprints

I already have a Home Designer Pro (.plan) file for a single-family home—3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with one bedroom designated as an office. The layout is locked, so your task is to translate this plan into a complete, permit-ready blueprint set in Chief Architect while preserving the Craftsman style I’ve chosen. Your drawings must include everything a county reviewer expects: fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations, roof and framing details, foundation, electrical and plumbing layouts, schedules, and a printable title block. Room sizes, wall positions, and door/window specs must match the source file exactly; only refinement and annotation are needed. Milestones • $100 – Preliminary conversion: supply the native Chief Architect file plus initial floor plan and exterior elevations for my comments. • $100 – Final delivery: full consolidated PDF set and editable Chief Architect /Home Designer Pro file, ready for permit submission.
