I have a detached house in London and I’m adding a modern, wood-clad shed-type dormer at the centre of the roof. The dormer must line up exactly with the window directly beneath it, forming an atrium effect, and that lower window will be extended downward so it can act as a small balcony. What I need is a clear, council-ready planning set that shows: • Front, rear and side elevations with the new dormer in place • Left- and right-hand isometric views to illustrate massing • All geometry accurate to the existing roof and walls so approval is straightforward Please prepare the drawings in AutoCAD (DWG) and supply a matching PDF pack. Keep the file layers tidy and dimensions legible so the planning officer can read them without extra clarification. Once I receive the DWG and PDF, I’ll review them against the roof measurements I have on file; if anything is off, a single round of adjustments should bring it in line. That’s the full scope—clean, modern, wood-faced dormer, centred and correctly scaled, ready for submission.
