IN DELHI NCR This project revolves around a series of short-form drone videos that showcase our property developments from the air, combining cinematic landscape shots with on-camera hosting. You will pilot your own drone over selected sites, draft a concise script that highlights key selling points, present on camera with confident public-speaking flair, and deliver a fully edited clip that is ready for social media and our website. Landscape footage is essential—I need sweeping, stable passes that reveal each location’s surroundings, elevation, and natural features. Because the audience is primarily home-buyers and investors, every take must feel welcoming and professional, not just scenic. Your workflow should cover: • Script writing that translates the property brief into a 60–90 second narrative • Public speaking on location (or voice-over where ambient noise demands) • In-camera or post-production framing to keep the host visible without sacrificing the grand aerial perspective • Video editing, colour grading, and light motion graphics (logo sting, lower thirds) using common tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve Accepted deliverables for each property: 1. 4K master file (horizontal) 2. Re-formatted vertical cut for Instagram Reels/TikTok 3. Caption copy and three thumbnail candidates Files are delivered via cloud link within five days of receiving the property brief.
