Senior Product Research & Growth Manager (Meta Trends | Fast 2–3 Day Delivery | Dropshipping) Project Overview – Shubh Bazar Shubh Bazar is building a scalable ecommerce brand and is seeking a highly experienced Product Research & Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of identifying currently hot-selling products, sourcing them at competitive prices, and establishing a reliable dropshipping supply chain capable of 2–3 day customer delivery across India. This is a long-term engagement, not a one-time task. Key Responsibilities Identify high-converting, trending products using Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Library), online marketplaces, and trend-analysis tools Validate products based on market demand, competition, profit margins, and scalability Source products at the lowest possible cost while maintaining consistent quality Identify, evaluate, and onboard trusted dealers or manufacturers who support dropshipping Ensure pan-India delivery within 2–3 days through reliable suppliers and logistics partners Arrange and coordinate direct meetings or calls with suppliers and dealers Support pricing strategy, cost structuring, and margin optimization Build and document a repeatable system for long-term product scaling and business growth Mandatory Requirements Please apply only if you meet most of the following criteria: Proven experience in dropshipping and ecommerce product research Strong understanding of Meta ad trends and winning products Existing supplier or dealer network (India preferred) Experience managing fast-fulfillment logistics (2–3 day delivery) Strong negotiation skills and ability to ensure quality control Clear communication and professional work ethics Goal To establish a long-term partnership focused on selling high-quality, fast-moving products with reliable 2–3 day delivery and strong, sustainable profit margins for Shubh Bazar.
