creating chatbots and automating workflows within D365

We need an end-to-end implementation that connects the entire Microsoft stack and transforms static Azure Web Apps into a dynamic lead generation hub. We want the following components to work seamlessly together. Dynamics 365 (Premium, Sales, Business Central, Customer Insights, Dataverse, Power Apps) must be integrated with Email, Calendar, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Yammer within the O365 suite. Within Business Central, sales and purchase order workflows must be exposed to allow data movement without manual entry. Since the company is a startup and lacks existing data, the solution must create appropriate tables and relationships to ensure all new information is automatically reflected across all apps. On the customer-facing side, we want to deploy a conversational AI chatbot on the website that acts as a customer service bot, sales support, and FAQ assistant. It must provide a single, integrated experience rather than three separate widgets. This chatbot must answer common questions, generate leads, trigger quote generation within Dynamics, and send automated email replies. The current site is implemented as a static Azure Web App, but I would like to transition it into a dynamic site capable of fetching data from Dataverse and embedding bots. Additionally, I need to securely integrate order, inventory, and status update information with five external vendors. Both REST and SOAP methods are acceptable, but the data must be stored correctly within the proper D365 entities. The deliverables I will approve are as follows: • Completed end-to-end O365 integration configuration and testing • Completed sales and purchase order workflows in Business Central • Completed deployment of an AI chatbot on the website featuring customer service, sales, and FAQ capabilities • Completed construction of an Azure-based dynamic website providing real-time Dataverse data and embedded bots • Completed establishment of automatic data exchange connections with the five vendors • Completed provision of documentation and simple video tutorials for my direct management I am ready to grant administrator privileges, register the recommended Azure resources (Power Automate, Azure Bot Service, Azure OpenAI, Graph API, etc.), and schedule milestone demos.
