We are looking for a virtual assistant for online tasks such as internet browsing. You will take calls and answer emails sent by customers in English, using prior set business rules and templates. Candidates need to have strong critical thinking skills and Be able to use computers with Strong phone skills. Contractor requirements: - Help us translate our product and website into the English language - Experience in customer support and sales - Excellent English writing/grammar skills - Language required: English (native) and Russian (optional) - Computer skills - Strong speed Internet Connection is required - Headset: This headset can be simple but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality. Work Hours: - Work from your home office - Paid hourly - Weekly pay The ideal candidate should be available to work around 10-20 hours/week (excepting Saturdays and Sundays). There will be a trial/testing period of 1 week, so that we can determine if you are the right candidate for this job.
