I'm running an online store based on CS-cart shopping cart. My email system is connected/part of this shopping cart. Recently I have lost ability to send out emails. No issues with incoming emails, but when I sent one out, not text or message is going out, as if I did not include any text. What people get is an attachment that no one can open. I know it's hard to know what needs to be fixed, so list your hourly requirements. I need someone with expert skills to fix it and not just poke around and make even bigger mess.
