Craigslist Ad poster - URGENT!

I'm looking for someone who is experienced and can successfully create 35 posts in the for SALE SECTION. Posts must remain active for at least 24 hours. You also will need to forward a receipt of each post or a list with links to all 35 active posts. I will provide you with the ad (basic text / no links or html - just copy and paste) as well as email addresses to be used in the ad for replies. You MUST be able to have the replies sent to the email addresses we provide. You can redirect through your own email if you want, but we must receive any and all replies. (Including any flagged notices.) Posting the email address in the ad itself is NOT acceptable. Your bid will be for 35 ads posted in a 1 day (24 hour) period. If we are pleased with your work, we will hire you to do this everyday. Ads must stay posted AT LEAST 24 hours to receive the payment for that ad. We will not pay for ghosted or flagged ads. Any ads that are ghosted or flagged within 24 hours MUST BE REPLACED. Will need spreadsheet for reporting to verify ads. Escrow will be used for this initial project. ESCROW WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL ADS HAVE BEEN POSTED FOR AT LEAST 1 DAY WITHOUT BEING FLAGGED OR GHOSTED. If we are happy with your work and hire you to do this daily, payment can be made directly through PayPal or directly through GAF. Please do not bid if: - You are not experienced in bulk CL ads - You are not able to produce a basic Excel report for us - You are not serious about this job - You are not able to post a minimum of 100 ads daily - You want more than 30 cents per ad posted.
