We're looking to shoot onsite at a healthcare facility in Santa Ana in August for one day or less. We need enough footage to show two different robotic products in use with at least one healthcare provider and one "patient" in a 1 1/2 min, full length, edited video that includes an interview subject.

I think we could probably film the content in 4 hours ($800) and edit your video in 4 hours ($600) but there are several variables that might affect the final cost. One variable is how prepared you are on the day we film. Nonetheless, based on my experience I think $1500 to $2000 is a reasonable range. We have produced many product/process videos and I am confident we are a good fit for your project. We are available to film in late August, but we can start the script/storyboard phase as soon as you are ready. Whether you choose us or not, let me give you some valuable advice. Don't start filming without an approved script/storyboard in hand. Having an approved script/storyboard will help you produce your video on budget and in the agreed timeframe, otherwise your project will run over-budget and over-time. Wishing you success!
