Looking for a total expense quote to provide in-person Avionics Engineering Services for satellite design, development, integration, testing, and operation during a duration of nine months; for the Hawaii Space Flight Laboratory. Work includes: hardware design of microprocessor support boards, interface boards, electronic power supplies, and radio communication equipment; embedded system software and firmware development for ARM and X86 processor equipment; programming FPGA equipment using JTAG controllers; advanced I2C design implementation and testing with multi-bus and multi-master systems; implementing system interfaces via UART/GPIO, RS-232/422, CameraLink, SPI, I2C, LVDS, and USB; space grounding scheme development; radiation testing and evaluation for part procurement and implementation; ground station design, fabrication, and operation; Must have experience in ISO Level 4 clean room operations. Service must be provided by a US Citizen with experience handling ITAR information/equipment. Licensing: Soldering IPC, US Navy Nuclear ETMS, or NASA certification (may be expired); FCC Licensed Amateur General or Extra Class Operator; Must have federal registered business (FEIN) to be awarded with tax verification available upon request.
