Project Blue Board

• Controller board for a hand held fan and light source.

• All required information should be provided below, otherwise propose or ask

• Critical component locations are indicated

Basic control board with following main components:

• Battery 3,7V HHS 106070 -5000mAh

• Voltage step up from 3,7V to 12V and 24 V Respectively

• T1 – 12V and 24V, T2 Just 12V

• Button 1 – - Tactile switch –- see sketch for location

• On-12V ( press once)

• Turbo 24V ( press again) max amps 0,25A

• Off - Press and hold

• Auto off after 180 min( with no input)

• Button 2 - - Tactile switch –see sketch for location

• On-12V(2W)

• Off

• Auto off – 300 min( with no input)

• Battery Charger for Battery HHS 106070 -5000mAh

• Micro USB Female

• 5V

• Optimum charge capability

• Charge busy indicator –

 While charging – ws2812 cycle red

 Fully Charged – ws2812 cycle Green

• Battery level indicator- same ws2812

 Colour range display based on charge level

• Connectors for Battery, Fan T1 out and Light T2 out – JST-PH connector, 2mm pitch

• 10 x working complete boards on PCB with full firmware - High quality boards

• PCB Layout

• BOM - Component list

• Source code for firmware

• Gerber Files

Deliver working boards to me in South Africa with Reliable courier (Not Overnight) typically takes 4 - 7 days

Milestones

• Milestone 1 - Design Phase – 1 week available (7 days)

• Milestone 2 – Build and test – 2 week available (14 days)

o Payment value - 40 % of project fee

 10 boards functioning to specification ready to ship

 Ship by reliable courier to my address in South Africa

 Give waybill number

• Milestone 3 – Customer Functional test – 2 days from receiving boards

o Payment value - 30 % of project fee

o Deliverable,

 Boards perform to agreed specification in customer testing
