Hola dice subestación la oferta, pero especifica el voltaje (Tengo algo de experiencia en instrumentación y control, pero mi fuerte es la electricidad) le explico mi esxperiencia, soy especilaista en diseños de instalaciones eléctrifcas hasta 24kV, podria hacer el diseño conforme a norma española REBT y RLAT, ya hice pocos trabajos sobre eso, pero necesariamente un ingenerio local deberia revisar (podria el ing. electrico de la otra parte) atento a cualquier consulta Saludos Omar
