Hi sir / ma'am, I am an expert programmer of Arduino and i have a lot of experienced with those types of sensor. You will need an strenght sensor to do it. I know how to use it and i can recommend you which sensor is the best (I have used it in a previous project) Anyway I need to know which type of Arduino do you have (Mega, UNO, Nano, etc) I will give yout he code totally commented to improve the understanding so in the future you can modify it easily.
