Hello, although the information is very scarce in your post but I believe you are referring to location identification for the placment of BGA ICs for reflow soldering. If that is so we can have a chat regarding that as I have been stuffing BGA packages up to 1mm pitch using manual placement and reflow soldering. Furthermore, if you require laser based identification for precise placement, we can discuss that too. Looking forward to your positive response.
